Information for our guests who will be visiting the Kingdom with children.

(Nursing Room/Diaper Change Area)

Baby cribs and spaces with curtains for nursing are provided at each of the following locations: next to the north entrance, next to Contact Parrots, and next to Flower Shower.

We ask that male guests refrain from entering the nursing rooms.

Hot water is also available for formula at the AlpaCafé.

Please feel free to ask our staff there.

Wheelchairs are available for use within the park.

If you wish to use a wheelchair, please inquire at the ticket office.

Wheelchairs are free of charge. (Fee will be charged for use of baby strollers.)

Please note that we are unable to accept reservations for wheelchairs.

Accessible multipurpose/multifunction restrooms are available not just for use by those in wheelchairs but with consideration given to a variety of individual needs.

Restrooms are also available specifically for users of wheelchairs.

Coin-operated lockers are available next to Love Bird Shop and the north front reception.
Also if coin-lockers are out of service, you can put your luggage at ticket center. 500yen per luggage.
